Matt Zimak - Tech founder & fractional AI lead

Book an intro call - 15 minutes, on him, no strings attached. If Matt is not the right fit, he says so on the call.

Work with me

Matt puts AI to work for executives and SMEs in Europe and the US (real work off their plate, more revenue on it), and acts as a fractional AI lead for some of them. Three ways in, each starting with a 15-minute intro call (or a written audit request for people who prefer to skip the calendar):

For: established SMEs, family businesses and family offices (anything that already works and wants to grow without growing headcount); startups that have closed a round and want AI on pipeline and product before the next hire; executives and high-net-worth individuals who want AI running their week on their own accounts. Not a fit: enterprise in any form (procurement, committees, vendor questionnaires); complex software development (a product, a platform or a codebase to build is a dev shop's job); startups before their first round, and any business still at the idea or MVP stage; being subcontracted (Matt works with the client directly; a partner on the project is welcome, a middleman is not). A founder paying out of their own pocket is the client as a person, and the AI concierge is that path. Every build is scoped from the audit, never priced blind; when a build needs more hands than Matt's, they come from Agentmatik, the agency he founded and runs.

"We enjoyed working with the motivated and great team from Agentmatik. The quality of their work and the fast response time were exceptional. We can truly recommend Matt and his team for your business." - Felix Przioda, BMW Group
